Privacy Policy
The Dot Connection (TDC) handles information you submit to its waiting list. Applying does not create a contract or subscribe you to marketing.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, email, business name and any optional details you provide. We use them to review your application and contact you about potential TDC services. Our lawful basis is taking steps you request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).
Storage and retention
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores applications. Resend sends emails and stores email data in the United States. IONOS provides TDC’s mailboxes. We keep applications while they remain active on the waiting list. If an application is declined, withdrawn or otherwise becomes inactive, we delete it and related mailbox emails within 12 months. Resend deletes email data after 30 days on its free plan.
Your choices and rights
For access, correction or deletion requests, contact privacy@thedotconnection.com. You can also complain to the ICO.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. A person reviews applications.
